Diversity and Inclusion is understanding that each individual is unique, and recognising our individual differences. These can be along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies.
This workshop is about empowering people to respect and appreciate what makes them and others different by exploring differences in a safe, positive and nurturing environment.
In the course participants will explore topics including;
*Why is it important to understand diversity and inclusion
*How the way we behave and communicate can enable inclusiveness
*Unconscious bias and the way behaviours manifest
*Relevant case studies
