Workplace Resilience Training supports your staff/colleagues to identify, manage and bounce back from challenges in the work place through increased self-awareness and personal empowerment. Employees learn how to self-manage their well-being resulting in a more cohesive and engaged workplace.
Resilience is our ability to adapt and bounce back from threats or adversity. During the workshop participants will:
*Understand common psychosocial stressors which impact on wellbeing in the workforce
*Learn how to recognise indicators for stress
*Develop practical skills to build resilience into daily life
