The Managers Assist Help Line
The managers assist help line ( which is reached through the same contact details), provides a service to any person in a leadership/management position access to independent support for any challenges they face with their direct reports or managers.
Our team include experienced leadership and executive coaches that have guided and coached leaders in both the UK and Australia. Their work includes, how to have performance management/challenging conversations; work through an issue with your own manager; discuss poor workplace behaviour; how to manage oneself in difficult situations, how to lead and manage, establishing open and collaborative teams etc.
Any manager and leader in an organisation is placed in unique and sometimes challenging scenarios that they may not have the skills or experience to navigate. They may not feel comfortable seeking internal advice and so our managers assist line provides and independent confidential service to work through the above.
