Dubbo | ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)

Recognised as the gold standard in suicide intervention training, LivingWorks ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) is a two-day, interactive and in-person workshop in suicide first-aid. Appropriate for anyone in the community, including wellbeing staff, counsellors, psychologists, crisis lines, clinical staff, student support, youth workers or first responders.
You will learn to become ready, willing and able to intervene with someone who has thoughts
of suicide, and help them develop a safety plan, access help and find hope. People count on
LivingWorks training to build safer communities and workplaces. This workshop will increase your willingness, confidence, and capacity to provide suicide first aid. Two knowledgeable, supportive trainers will guide you through the course, ensuring a comfortable and safe learning environment.
Trusted by professionals, approved by the World Health Organisation and learnable by anyone, LivingWorks Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is the only workshop of its kind. Age 16+.
