KATOOMBA | DV-alert 1-Day focused workshop Multicultural

Further training for frontline workers who have completed any 2-day DV-alert workshop, this workshop focuses on domestic and family violence in culturally and linguistically diverse contexts, including settlement and humanitarian settings. Frontline workers will learn how to Recognise, Respond and Refer appropriately and with care.
Learners attending these workshops need to have previously attended any 2-day DV-alert workshop or completed an accredited online DV-alert course as these workshops build on the DV-alert foundational learning.
It is free for frontline workers.
Financial support is also offered for staff backfill for attendance of the 2-Day Foundation workshops and 1-day focused workshops, and help with travel and accommodation is available in some cases. Terms and conditions apply. Go to dvalert.org.au for more information.
