EUGOWRA | Introducing the labyrinth with Therese Welsh
May 20 @ 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm
A labyrinth is an ancient tool historically found across most continents. The path follows
many twists and turns before arriving at the centre, a bit like life, when you feel you have
found your way often life takes a different turn.
Labyrinths are often described therefore as a metaphor for life. You can never get lost in
a labyrinth as it is only one path. Walking a labyrinth helps us calm the mind and body,
engage with our imagination and intuition and reconnect with our senses. Walking a
labyrinth with intention as a group has an exponential impact on the participants and
benefits the whole community.
Therese will lead group walking meditations on the new fabric labyrinth (please byo socks)
You can also experience hand-held finger labyrinth tracing.
We will have paper labyrinths to trace and colour.
We will teach you how to draw your own labyrinth.
