Moving Forward Together Workshop Orange 9am-1pm

Practical conversations around well-being, domestic and family violence including financial abuse, mental health and suicide prevention.

Topics will include the recognizing, responding and referring to domestic violence, crisis and mental health including stress, depression, anxiety and suicide. We will explore financial abuse, building resilience and strategies for self-care.
