Refresher courses allow people who have previously completed a 12-hour Mental Health First Aid course to refresh their knowledge and skills. Accredited MHFAiders can renew their accreditation for a further three years.
The content of each refresher course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.
Standard MHFA Refresher Online: 1 x 5-hour video conferencing session led by an MHFA trained and Licensed Instructor.
You will need to provide a copy of your Certificate of Accreditation to training@lifelinecentralwest.org.au prior to the training. You can access a copy via your Mental Health First Aid Account.
